One click from any issue
Every issue of The Upbeat Daily has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom that is unique to you. Click it, then confirm, and you are off the list. Many email apps (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo) also show an Unsubscribe button next to our name at the top of the email. That works too.

Send any message with the subject Unsubscribe from the address that gets the newsletter. We remove you before the next issue.
